About Trainer

John was born with mortgage in his blood. His experience in mortgage includes both sales and operations. In Encompass John specializes in eFolder configuration, custom pipeline views, creating user shortcuts, and customizing process flow. John loves to get to know his clients and design processes to match their needs. When John isn't befriending clients he loves to spend his time with his family. He enjoys being outdoors, walking his dog, and skiing. Fun Fact: He actually enjoys cold weather!
